Online Returns Policy

Here at Banbé, we strive to ensure you love your new Banbé sunglasses.
Should there be any reason something isn't right, we are happy to offer our US customers the opportunity to return their item to our Los Angeles return hub, making it easier for your to return your order within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that it is upon the sender to pay for shipping to this location.
 
How to refund your online purchase
1. Ensure your item(s) meet our return policy:
- Item(s) were purchased from the Banbé online store – www.us-banbe.com
- Item(s) are unworn, in original condition and packaging
- Item(s) are within 30 days of purchase
- Item(s) are full price (unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded)

2. Email enquiries@banbeeyewear.com with your name, order ID, items to return, and reason for return.
3. Once authorized, the team will provide you with a returns address & returns form.
4. Place the item(s) you're returning into a safe and secure parcel along with you a completed returns form.
5. We suggest using a trackable service to ensure that your goods arrive safely and securely.
6. Once we receive your request, our online team will assess and process within 2-5 business days. Please note that refunds can take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.

Should you have a faulty item, please email enquiries@banbeeyewear.com with a picture of you item(s).

Please note, unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges to purchases made via our US site and suggest that should you need to exchange, simply send your goods back for a refund and repurchase your desired item(s).
